Refund policy

Returns

There will be absolutely Refunds. All sales are Final .Orders can’t be modified once they are processed.

Our policy lasts 2 business days. If 2 days have gone by since your receipt purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you any exchanges.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be defective, damaged, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging. 

Please check merchandise immediately once received. All damages must be claimed within 2 days of receiving merchandise. 

If you are not sure about a particular item please send us a email with the image and  we will help you to the best of our ability. It will be your responsibility to Check your cart at checkout. When checking your cart before completing the purchase you will be less likely to purchase items you do not want.

All items that are preorder will ship as soon as they are received and checked at our office.

We will not accept any merchandise that has been used/ altered : brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed. 

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Eyelashes 
- Sale items

- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


To complete your return (exchange), we require a receipt or proof I’d purchase. 


Refunds 

Due to the exclusive nature of our product ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS/ REFUNDS. If you're utterly dissatisfied with your purchase, NO EXCEPTIONS. The item/items must be mailed for exchange in its original state. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be intact.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection for exchange. 



Sale items  
Sale items are final meaning refund and exchange is not available after purchase under no circumstance.

Exchanges

We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive hair with high quality. To exchange, Please Ship back within 7 days of receipt purchase.



Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
