1. What is virgin hair?

Virgin Hair is hair that has not been colored, permed, bleached or chemically treated. All of our hair is in its natural state when cut and guaranteed to be in the same cuticle alignment.

2. How long will this hair last?

The longevity of our tresses depends on how well the tresses are maintained. Due to its natural strength and durability, Our hair will last over 1 year if properly installed and taken care of. Be mindful that if the hair is dyed,  bleached, or altered in any way the longevity can and will decrease. 

3. How much hair do I need?

For a full install, we generally recommend buying 3 bundles of hair. Keep in mind that longer tresses equals shorter weft width. We recommend purchasing at least 2 bundles for lengths 10-16 inches, 3 bundles for 18-24 inches, and 4 or more for 26-30 inches.

 

4. Is it ok for me to dye or bleach my virgin hair?

Yes, you can color your tresses. Our line has never been chemically treated and it can, therefore, handle the coloring process very well. However, once you color or process virgin tresses, it will no longer be considered "virgin". We recommend consulting with a professional if you wish to dye or bleach your tresses. Please be advised that once your tresses have been chemically treated it will require much more maintenance.

Hair With No Regrets will not be responsible for hair that is damaged from incorrect chemical treatments, coloring, or over processed tresses. Chemically treat your hair at your own discretion. 

5. What can I use to seal my wefts? Do you recommend sealing wefts?

We recommend sealing your wefts with a sealant to minimize shedding, however, it does not guarantee no shedding will occur. Cutting and sewing through weft may cause your tresses to shed so please have a professional to install your tresses. Weft sealer can be purchased online, at your local beauty supply store, or Walmart. Apply a thin amount of weft sealer to each side of the weft and let dry for about 15 minutes or as directed on the product you purchase. Examples of a sealant could be any fabric sealant or fabric glue.

6. Will the hair that I purchase shed?

YES, but it should shed at a minimum. You may find ways to limit shedding, however, we do not guarantee there will be no shedding. Please be knowledgeable that  our tresses are a product of a manufacturing company and wefted together by a machine so sealing wefts will reduce shedding. 

7. I do not live in the United States, will I be charged customs fees?

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This only applies to International and Canadian Orders.
